SPECIAL QUESTION for voters residing in the boundaries of Unified School District No. 448

Shall the following be adopted?

Shall Unified School District No. 448, McPherson County, Kansas (Inman), issue general

obligation bonds in an amount not to exceed $4,655,000, to pay the costs to: (a) construct, furnish and equip athletic improvements in the District, including new facilities for football/track and field, baseball, and softball, and improvements related thereto and necessary demolition; (b) construct, furnish and equip renovations and additions to the greenhouse facility; and (c) make all other necessary improvements appurtenant thereto; all pursuant to the provisions of K.S.A. 10-101 et seq., K.S.A. 25-2018(f), K.S.A. 72-5457 and K.S.A. 72-5458 et seq.?

SPECIAL QUESTION for voters residing in the City of Sterling

Shall the following be adopted?

“Within the city of Sterling shall sale at retail of cereal malt beverage in the original package be (allowed on any Sunday, except Easter, between the hours of 12 noon and 8 p.m.) (prohibited on Sunday) and shall the sale at retail of alcoholic liquor in the original package be (allowed on any Sunday, except Easter, between the hours of 12 noon and 8 p.m. and on Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day) (prohibited on Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day)?”  all pursuant to the provisions of   K.S.A. 41-2911(b)(3)(B)
