You are notified that a Petition has been filed in the District Court of Rice County, Kansas, praying to foreclose a real estate mortgage on the following described real estate:
The South Thirty-two (32) feet of Lot Two (2) and the North Eighteen (18) feet of Lot Three (3) in Block ‘L’ Lyon’s Second Addition to the City of Lyons, Rice County, Kansas, EXCEPT the West Ten (10) feet thereof, commonly known as 507 S Douglas Ave, Lyons, KS 67554 (the “Property”)
and all those defendants who have not otherwise been served are required to plead to the Petition on or before the 7th day of May, 2025, in the District Court of Rice County,Kansas. If you fail to plead, judgment and decree will be entered in due course upon the Petition.
