You are hereby notified that on the 21st day of November 2025, a petition was filed in said court by Jean Tepelides, as an heir of Nicholas Todd Tepelides Brilhart, deceased, praying for the appointment of Jean Tepelides as Administrator of the estate of Nicholas Todd Tepelides Brilhart and you are hereby required to file your written defenses thereto on or before the 23rd day of December 2025, at 9:30 a.m. of said day, in said court, in the city of Lyons, Rice County, Kansas, at which time and place said cause will be heard.  Should you fail therein, judgment and decree will be entered in due course upon said petition.
